I ordered the reagent kit (including a beautiful carrying case): BAC and 14 research supplies. The website is user-friendly. I paid extra for insurance/shipping, could track the shipment, and received it quickly. The entire process from ordering to receiving was perfect, and the product met my expectations. I'm pleased to see that the labels on the research supplies match those on the COA (Certificate of Analysis).
